The cable fiber count is normally 12-72 core,  12 fibers per loose tube,total 6 tube units surrounding 1 FRP  in the middle of the cable,some times when the fiber count is 12,24,48, 60,will correspondingly use 5,4,3,2 or 1 Filler to instead of shortage tube units to keep the stability of the cable structure. Scattered in the tube units are several water-blocking yarns,with a layer of water blocking tape, to prevent water moisture, a layer of Kevlar yarn with 1 FRP functioned as tensile strength mebmer reinforce the tension force of the cable ,  2 layers of PE inner and outer sheathwith excellent corrosion resistance and cold endurance ability.
